There are so many different recipes for fathead dough – most include varying amounts of mozzarella cheese, eggs, cream cheese, and a flour(coconut or almond).
With this dough you can make pizza crusts, bagels, hot pockets (calzones), tortilla chips, cinnamon rolls, and pot pies.
Some have seasonings, sweeteners, baking soda or powder – it all depends on what you want to do with it.
