I see a lot of people looking for eggless breakfasts because they are tired of eggs. Some of these recipes do contain eggs, and some are mostly egg, just changed up so much you won’t even notice that you are eating eggs.
Yogurt – I like YQ by Yoplait (plain) but it has become impossible to find, I now use Two Good or :Ratio yogurts. You can add berries, nuts, and flavors to this also. More ideas for yogurt

Chia Pudding is always a favorite of mine, it’s sweet and delicious and can be made on Sunday to last all week. Grab a serving and take it to work with you.
Ricotta porridge –
- ¼ cup ricotta (Great Value brand is lowest carb I have found)
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp sweetener
Add in things like –
- Berries
- Cinnamon
- Flavor Extracts or Drink Drops
- Cottage Cheese – For texture and extra protein
- Nuts
- Syrups

1 Minute Muffins – These are made with eggs, but if you flavor them up with berries, sweeteners or chocolate chips…you will forget they are eggs.
Filled Crepes – These are also made with eggs, but when they are filled with a sweet cream and fruit fillings you will love them. There are other crepes made with flours that might be a little less eggy, but these are so super simple….I stick with these.
Baked Muffins – Blueberry, chocolate chip, any kind of muffin you want. These are great for food prep, grab and go and children will love them.
Pancakes or Waffles – so many options for these, and they can be premade also.
There is also Chaffles to use as waffles or as bread.

French Toast – This has lots of eggs, but it is as good as old fashioned pre-keto french toast. Great weekend breakfast, or can be premade for faster weekday breakfasts.
Fathead Bagels – with cream cheese or just toasted with butter.
Shakes and smoothies are also an option, and no one says that breakfast has to be “breakfast” foods…have a sandwich, left over dinner, meat and cheese roll ups, a protein bar or anything else that sounds good and keeps you moving.
Mug cakes actually make a great breakfast too, swap a little of the flour for protein powder to up the protein.
Sometimes a good protein shake or a bar works just fine, watch the macros and ingredients to find a good quality one.
